Claro Walnut Bookends

These stunning one of a kind wood bookends are the perfect addition to any living room/ office book shelf or center stage on your mantel place. This set is made from a horizontal slice ( Often called a cookie) of a Claro Walnut tree from California. Each piece was cut and hand sanded to a silky smooth finish before being finished with a light coat of polyurethane. Four clear rubber feet are added to both halves to protect whatever surface you place them on, but also to add a bit more gripping power so they can hold large / heavy books in place without slipping.
